Practical ChatGPT and Claude training built around real work

I help businesses move beyond experimenting with AI and instead learn how to use ChatGPT and Claude confidently in their everyday work.
Training programmes are built around practical business tasks, from research, documents and meeting preparation to proposals, content, productivity and repeatable workflows.
Sessions can be tailored to your team's experience, the tools you use, the tasks you want AI to support and the overall goals of the business.
Using AI is easy. But using it effectively
is what matters.
Many businesses are already experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
But there is a big difference between occasionally asking AI a question and knowing how to use it effectively as part of everyday work.
People can be unsure what to use AI for, how to write better prompts, whether they can trust the answers, what business information is safe to share, or how to turn a useful one-off result into a repeatable way of working.
That is where practical training can help.
The goal is not to introduce AI just for the sake of it. It is to identify where tools such as ChatGPT and Claude can genuinely support the work your team already needs to do, while also understanding their limitations and where human judgement is still essential.

Start with the task, not the AI tool
Effective AI training should start with the work your team actually needs to do.
Rather than working through a long list of ChatGPT or Claude features, I start by looking at the tasks, challenges and workflows where AI could genuinely help the team and the business.
That might include market research, preparing for a client meeting, reviewing a document, developing a proposal, creating content, summarising information or improving a repetitive process.
From there, I look at how ChatGPT or Claude can support that work, how to get better results through clearer prompting and where human knowledge, judgement and review are still needed.
The goal is for people to leave the training understanding not just how the tools work, but where they can use them productively in their own role.
This is what your team can learn
The training programmes I create can be tailored to your team's experience, their roles, the type of work they want AI to support and, importantly, the business outcomes you want to achieve.
Depending on what your business needs, training can cover areas such as:
Use ChatGPT and Claude more effectively ✅
Understand what these tools can and cannot do, how they differ and where they can be genuinely useful in everyday work.
Write better prompts and instructions ✅
Learn how to give clearer context, structure and direction so the output is more relevant and useful to the task at hand.
Apply AI to real business tasks ✅
Learn how to use ChatGPT or Claude to support activities such as research, meeting preparation, document review, proposals, content creation, idea development and problem solving.
Check and improve AI outputs ✅
Learn how to question, refine and verify responses rather than simply accepting the first answer you receive.
Work more efficiently with repeatable workflows ✅
Turn useful individual prompts into practical processes that can be reused for recurring tasks.
Use AI responsibly ✅
Understand important considerations around data privacy, sensitive information, accuracy, human oversight and responsible use.
Every team starts from a different place, so the training can be adapted around your team's experience, priorities and the work you want ChatGPT or Claude to support.
Before the session, we can identify the most relevant tasks, challenges and examples so the training is focused on situations people are likely to encounter in their actual roles.
Training can be delivered:
Online or in person
As a focused, shorter workshop
As a half-day session
As a full-day session
Where appropriate, sessions can also incorporate examples, documents and workflows from your own organisation, while keeping data privacy and sensitive information in mind.
The aim is to make the training relevant enough that people can start applying what they have learned to their work straight away.
Training developed for your team

Why train with me?
My approach to AI training is shaped by more than 30 years in marketing, including over a decade specialising in digital and helping businesses and teams adapt to new tools, platforms and ways of working.
I have worked with SMEs, business leaders and organisations including Novartis and Trócaire, and I have experience delivering workshops and explaining digital topics in a practical, straightforward way.
In my own business, I use ChatGPT and Claude regularly for research, planning, content, analysis, problem solving and finding more efficient ways of working.
I have also completed a number of recognised courses, including Google AI Essentials, Claude 101 and AI Fluency training.
That combination of business experience, digital expertise and hands-on use of AI shapes how I approach training for different teams and organisations.
My focus is not on technical theory or using AI for the sake of it.
It is on helping people understand where these tools can save time, support productivity, be used responsibly and where human experience and judgement still matter.
If you want to start using ChatGPT or Claude more effectively in your business, we can begin with a conversation about your team, the work they do and where AI could genuinely be useful.
From there, I can recommend the right training format and the areas that would be most valuable to focus on.
